Recording daily accounting transactions in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts</li><li>
Completing entries related to bank transactions, current accounts, checks, and promissory notes</li><li>
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements</li><li>
Supporting internal and external audit processes</li><li>
Providing support in the preparation of tax declarations when necessary (VAT1, VAT2, Stamp Duty, Withholding Tax)</li><li>
Assisting in the preparation and timely submission of additional reports and statistical data requested by official or private institutions</li><li>
Supporting processes involving official institutions such as the notary, trade registry office, and tax office, including necessary site visits</li><li>
Ensuring the proper filing and storage of all accounting records and ledgers in compliance with legal regulations</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of the Uniform Chart of Accounts</li><li>
Familiarity with Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and Social Security legislation (SGK)</li><li>
Understanding of financial statements and reporting</li><li>
Strong analytical and reporting skills</li><li>
Proficient in SAP MM and FI modules</li><li>
Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>
Holds a valid driver's license and able to drive actively</li><li>
Preferably proficient in English</li><li>
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined work style</li><li>
Strong team player with the ability to work in coordination with related departments</li><li>
Result-driven with strong follow-up skills</li></ul></div>
