Pay: Starting at $18/hour 
Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM&ndash;5:00 PM | Full-Time (40+ hours/week) 
Overview:
Strawbridge Studios is seeking a motivated, creative Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate has industry experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and a desire to grow with a company that&rsquo;s constantly evolving. This role requires a professional who is punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
We have immediate openings. Full-time availability is required, with the opportunity for additional hours if approved by management. 
Educational Requirement:<ul><li>
Minimum Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of professional or intern experience in Graphic Design (print and web)</li><li>
1 year of Marketing experience</li><li>
1 year of Google Analytics and SEO experience</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums</li><li>
Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to self-proof work</li><li>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently</li><li>
Flexibility and adaptability to meet company needs</li><li>
Positive, professional, and respectful attitude</li></ul> 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Design marketing, advertising, and sales materials for internal teams, clients, and customers</li><li>
Manage and update WordPress-based website as needed</li><li>
Generate Google Analytics reports and propose solutions to enhance online presence</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Videography and video editing (Premiere Pro)</li><li>
Photography experience</li><li>
WordPress web design experience</li><li>
Illustration skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and independent thinking</li><li>
Desire for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>
Leadership skills and a growth mindset</li></ul> 
This position aligns with the school calendar, which means you can expect scheduled time off:<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 weeks at Christmas</li><li>
1&ndash;2 weeks in the summer</li><li>
June through mid-August typically runs at 32 hours/week, depending on production (subject to change anytime)</li></ul></div>
