Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute projects within approved timeframes, scope, and budget.</li><li>Supervise and manage foundation works, tower erection, and installation works.</li><li>Coordinate with all stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors) on project-related issues.</li><li>Assist project team in preparing project schedules.</li><li>Plan, execute, monitor, and coordinate all project activities.</li><li>Apply proactive planning to minimize delays and shortfalls.</li><li>Monitor and enforce quality standards as per ISO and project specifications.</li><li>Submit invoices on time and follow up for payments to ensure smooth cash flow.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements at site.</li><li>Perform reconciliation and contract close-out activities.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
