Summary of Responsibilities</b></div>

<p>The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, working closely with people leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day operations &mdash; translating organizational goals into practical HR solutions while championing a consistent and positive employee experience.</p>
<p><b>
What you'll bring</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HR Business Partner or generalist role supporting multiple client groups</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee relations situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance principles</li>
<li>Strong consulting and communication skills &mdash; you can translate complex situations into clear, actionable guidance for leaders at all levels</li>
<li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment</li>
<li>Experience supporting change initiatives or organizational development work is a plus</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred</li>
