Requirements: &middot; Take and make international calls, talk to potential and existing clients to contribute to business development.. Excellent communication skills to generate international sales.&middot; Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.&middot;Keep record of sales trends.&middot; Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.&middot; Able to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.&middot; Must be an active team player and may provide guide to the sales team members if necessary.&middot; Active communication with our client for project initiations, deliverables&middot; Built strong relationship with our clients by engaging them for possible prospects initiated from our sales team.
