Streets2Schools is a fully virtual behavioral health program provider founded in 2015. We deliver court-approved, evidence-based programs in English and Spanish to approximately 2,300 clients weekly across 44 California counties, with additional presence in Oklahoma and South Carolina. Our partners include probation departments, child protective services agencies, and county social services organizations. We exist to create pathways from crisis to stability, and we do it at scale. 
About the role
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on social media, graphic design, or advertising campaigns. Instead, this position supports agency relationships, referral coordination, professional communication, and outreach operations.
You are a key member of Streets2Schools&rsquo; outreach team, helping ensure agency partners receive responsive communication, referrals are processed efficiently, and outreach systems remain organized and effective.
You ensure every county we engage gets followed up, every officer receives their portal access, every referral reaches intake, and every inquiry is handled with professionalism. You also own the cleanliness and organization of our marketing materials library. Your work directly enables the Marketing Coordinator to focus on what drives revenue: building and deepening the partner relationships that refer clients to Streets.
Success in this role means building trust through responsive communication, maintaining organized systems, and ensuring agency partners receive timely, professional support.
What you'll do
1. Virtual Lobby &amp; Phone Coverage (12&ndash;4 PM)<ul><li> Serve as first point of contact for all inbound calls: agencies, probation officers, social workers, community partners</li><li> Triage, log, and route calls to the correct team member with accurate notes and context</li><li> Handle routine phone inquiries professionally and independently</li></ul> 
2. Main Inbox Management<ul><li> Monitor and triage Streets2Schools&rsquo; primary company inbox throughout your entire shift</li><li> Route inbound referrals to the intake team promptly with complete and accurate documentation</li><li> Identify and flag high-value partnership opportunities to Marketing Coordinator immediately, same day and same hour</li><li> Handle routine inquiries with professional, on-brand copywriting, independently, without needing direction on every response</li><li> Maintain inbox organization so nothing falls through the cracks during shift hours</li></ul> 
3. CCM Portal Administration<ul><li> Create and configure new officer accounts in the Streets2Schools CCM real-time reporting portal</li><li> Email account credentials and clear onboarding instructions to probation officers, social workers, and agency contacts</li><li> Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of portal users organized by agency and county</li><li> Troubleshoot basic access issues; escalate technical problems with full context</li></ul> 
4. Referral Pipeline Support<ul><li> Send referral intake forms to agency contacts on behalf of the Marketing Coordinator</li><li> Nurture warm referral contacts through timely, professional follow-up and keeping momentum without being pushy</li><li> Coordinate with the intake team to confirm referral receipt and track status</li><li> Document referral activity and proactively flag stalled pipelines to the Marketing Coordinator</li></ul> 
5. Marketing Materials: Clean, Update and Organize<ul><li> Own and maintain Streets2Schools&rsquo; library of outreach materials, one-pagers, and program collateral</li><li> Keep all materials accurate, current, and presentation-ready at all times.</li><li> Flag outdated or missing materials and draft updates for Coordinator review</li></ul> 
6. Partnership Outreach Back-Office Support<ul><li> Conduct pre-meeting research on county agencies, key contacts, and organizational context before Marketing Coordinator's calls</li><li> Draft professional follow-up emails after partner meetings for Marketing Coordinator's review and light editing</li><li> Assist with preparation of outreach summaries and supporting documentation as needed</li></ul> 
7. Elite Graduate Group Operations<ul><li> Support administration of the elite Graduate Group program, including participant communications, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, recognition activities, and related operational tasks.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications<ul><li> 1&ndash;3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, marketing, or customer-facing role</li><li> Strong written communication skills and ability to draft professional correspondence independently</li><li> Comfortable learning new web-based platforms and software tools quickly</li><li> Experience in healthcare, social services, nonprofit, or government-adjacent organizations is a plus</li></ul> 
The pay range for this role is: 
22 - 26 USD per hour(Remote)</div>
