Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
Assistant Shop Manager Duties:<ul><li>
Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager&rsquo;s days off.</li><li>
Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.</li><li>
Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.</li><li>
Monitor and train new employees.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.</li><li>
Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.</li><li>
Handle cash and inventory management.</li><li>
Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li><li>
Reliable transportation is necessary.</li><li>
Ability to work Sundays.</li></ul>
