The Elementary Screening and Tutoring Coordinator assists Elementary Principals in managing available intervention and tutoring resources. This positions supports individual student reading screening, coordination of grade band math and reading screening and referral programs, and coordination of Tutoring services. Manage student Stride Tutoring referrals and account creation.</li><li>
Support families with account creation, scheduling tutoring sessions and support regular attendance through outreach, training and general support.</li><li>
Monitor student attendance and provide engagement intervention as needed.</li><li>
Assist with designing measures for student outcomes, analyze student performance data, and make program recommendations in response to data</li><li>
Collaborate with the Director of Tutoring Services and other leadership to identify and assist in designing and implementing tutoring practices that meet customer needs</li><li>
Provide general leadership and be an active participant in the development of team objectives</li><li>
Cultivate a collaborative working environment that encourages communication, innovation, and refinement of the best instructional practices</li><li>
Review reports and other ancillary data to identify areas of concern relative to tutor performance and create actionable plans to address deficiencies and replicate successes</li><li>
Monitor compliance with accountability measures</li><li>

The Salesforce Developer is a key member of the CRM Team and is responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements from various business contexts. Using outside-the-box thinking and Salesforce.com (SFDC) knowledge, the Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of SFDC including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. Successful candidates will be comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build creative solutions.
