We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. At Strides ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home services across the state of New Jersey. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA care to children by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Our ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in ABA, behavioral health, and special education, and will be passionate about making a meaningful impact.
In this role, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and ensure evidence-based interventions are applied effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote a supportive environment for each child&rsquo;s development. This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing the lives of children through compassionate and effective ABA services.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties:<ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.</li><li>
Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's unique circumstances.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.</li><li>
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support.</li><li>
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.</li><li>
Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and related areas.</li></ul>
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills:<ul><li>
Experience working with children in a ABA clinical or in home setting.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.</li><li>
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.</li><li>
Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methods.</li><li>
Understanding of special education requirements and strategies.</li><li>
Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and team members.</li><li>
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering positive behavioral outcomes for clients.</li></ul>
