With generations of expertise in roadwork, we are committed to delivering high-quality results and maintaining the integrity of your asphalt and concrete projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role - for an Accounting Bookkeeper located in the New Braunfels area. The Bookkeeper will manage daily accounting operations, which include invoicing, job costing/coding, preparing and maintaining financial records, conducting accurate journal entries, and working with accounting software. The role will also involve creating and reconciling financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting to support the company's operations efficiently.Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)</li><li>Experience preparing and understanding Financial Statements</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote and/or on-site environment</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate andmeet customer billing deadlines</li><li>Experience in the construction or roadwork industry is a plus</li><li>Experience with Deltek + ComputerEase and QuickBooks preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus</li></ul>Pay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ComputerEase: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
