Healthcare Litigation AttorneyStrong &amp; Hanni is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Healthcare Law Group. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in medical malpractice defense and/or health care litigation. Experience in health care regulatory and compliance matters is a plus. Candidates must possess superior research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, a strong interest in medical care and conditions, an understanding of medical records, a high degree of professionalism and a proven willingness to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.Requirements:<ul><li>2-5 years of litigation experience</li><li>Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah</li><li>Trial experience preferred</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing case deadlines</li><li>Identifying and retaining necessary expert witnesses</li><li>Preparing discovery requests and responses</li><li>Defending and taking depositions of fact witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses</li><li>Maintaining case file organization</li><li>Strong attention to detail and precision</li><li>Preparing pre-trial and dispositive motions</li><li>Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product</li></ul>Benefits: Excellent 401(k) RetirementHealth - Select Health PlanPaid DentalPaid Life InsuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
