Job/Freelancer Role Task Sheet &ndash; Instagram Manager (STRONG BONG) <ul><li>Develop and implement monthly Instagram content calendars aligned with brand goals (i.e., 5 monthly collaborations &amp; 10 posts).</li><li>Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to create engaging posts for the smoking accessories niche.</li></ul><ul><li>Write captions &amp; create product highlights.</li><li>Post stories on a regular basis.</li><li>Create content for posts/reels, focusing on humor and educational themes.</li></ul>(Product promotion videos will be provided by the brand).<ul><li>Ensure content is highly shareable and aligned with the brand identity.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly with a friendly, professional tone.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers for collaborations.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update a shared Google Sheet database with a list of potential and ongoing influencer collaborations (including Instagram usernames &amp; contact details).</li></ul><ul><li>Use Instagram Insights to track growth and engagement.</li><li>Prepare a monthly performance report, highlighting:</li><li>Growth metrics (followers, reach, impressions).</li><li>Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, story views).</li><li>Provide recommendations based on reports:</li></ul>Best posting times. What content formats/themes are working. What&rsquo;s not performing well.
