About the role 
The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on social media management, trade show preparation, email campaigns, and brand engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing strategy in a fast-paced, and creative environment. 
Location: Omaha, NE | Start Date: January 2026 
Approximately 5-10 hours per week in office, flexible schedule 
What you'll do<ul><li>
Create engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)</li><li>
Monitor engagement and analytics across channels and report performance metrics</li><li>
Support trade show planning, including coordinating materials, giveaways, booth logistics, and post-event follow-up</li><li>
Draft, design, and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters</li><li>
Assist in content creation including graphics, short videos, and written copy for digital campaigns</li><li>
Assist with managing marketing projects and timelines</li><li>
Help maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries</li><li>
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment</li><li>
Perform general administrative and project-based marketing support as needed</li><li>
Willing to take ownership and take on other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field</li><li>
Ability to work approximately 5-10 hours per week in the Omaha, NE office</li><li>
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends</li><li>
Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus</li><li>
Creative mindset with strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>
Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment</li><li>
Self-starter who can find and resolve issues as they are identified</li></ul>
