The Marketing Coordinator position is generalized and includes graphic design, business data analysis support, web and social media, event planning, marketing collateral development, proposal assistance, branding, and strategic communications &ndash; you get a taste of all aspects of marketing while supporting the company&rsquo;s growth efforts across all offices. The position reports to a seasoned AEC marketer who has provided mentorship and career growth support to many AEC marketers over the past 20 years. This position is ideal for those with 0-5 years experience.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the upkeep of CRM/proposal automation database (Unanet);</li>
<li>Coordinate and track project photography and construction site signage requests,</li>
<li>Assist with planning and implementation of marketing activities,</li>
<li>Create and update marketing and proposal collateral,</li>
<li>Maintain corporate brand standards,</li>
<li>Assist with content generation and updates for social media channels and website,</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate special events (internal and external parties, career fairs, tradeshows, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare award submissions,</li>
<li>Support internal and external communications and graphic design needs,</li>
<li>Other duties as necessary to support the growth of Structura.</li></ul> 


Skill Set:
<ul>
<li>Proficient with or able to learn the following apps: Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Canva, Constant Contact,</li>
<li>Organizational skills, multi-tasking and task prioritization</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Knowledge of database concepts</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Understanding of basic marketing principles</li>
<li>Ability to apply graphic design principles in marketing materials and communications</li>
<li>Self-starter &ndash; can work well independently</li>
<li>Ability to function in a deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and enthusiasm.</li></ul> 


Education Preferences:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or related field.</li>
<li>Without a degree, show previous related AEC or professional services marketing experience.</li></ul>
