About the Role

STS Renewable India is looking for a skilled Zoho Application Developer to join our IT &amp; Digitalization team. In this role, you will design, build, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for automating workflows, integrating third-party services, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey by delivering scalable, user-friendly applications that drive business growth. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One suite tools.</li>
<li>Automate workflows, build dashboards, and integrate third-party systems via Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting.</li>
<li>Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.</li>
<li>Build reports and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Stay updated on Zoho platform updates and industry best practices.</li>

</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of application development experience, with at least 3+ years on Zoho platforms.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Zoho certifications preferred; Agile/Lean certifications are a plus.</li>
