This position installs and programs alarm, CCTV, and access control systems, installs heavy equipment, completes project documentation, and delivers safe, professional, high-quality installations.Essential Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesInstallation &amp; Equipment&middot; Install safes, ATMs, drive-thru equipment, safe deposit boxes, and night depositories.&middot; Install and program alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.&middot; Install physical security equipment and branch automation equipment.Low-Voltage &amp; Network Systems&middot; Pull, route, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling.&middot; Configure cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and network-connected security devices.&middot; Read installation drawings and project documentation.Documentation &amp; Customer Service&middot; Complete installation documentation and project closeout requirements.&middot; Communicate professionally with customers and provide training when needed.Safety &amp; Equipment&middot; Maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.&middot; Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.Required Qualifications&middot; Valid driver's license required.&middot; Must pass a motor vehicle record review and background check.&middot; Willingness and ability to travel extensively.Preferred Qualifications&middot; Experience with alarm, CCTV, access control, or low-voltage systems preferred.&middot; Experience in construction, telecommunications, electrical work, low-voltage cabling, or related trades preferred.Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities&middot; Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.&middot; Excellent communication and customer service skills.&middot; Intermediate computer skills.&middot; Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.&middot; Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn new technologies.&middot; Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.Physical Demands&middot; Ability to climb ladders, work above ceilings, bend, kneel, crawl, and work indoors and outdoors.&middot; Ability to lift and move heavy equipment with assistance.&middot; Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when required.&middot; Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.Travel RequirementsThis position requires extensive overnight travel throughout Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Employees should expect overnight travel Monday through Friday on most weeks.
