We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our mission critical projects in Abu Dhabi. STS Group is a market-leading Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, working mostly on mission-critical projects for blue-chip clients. We are part of the Dussman Group, a privately owned, large-scale integrated facility management specialist headquartered in Berlin. We have a substantial pipeline of work ahead of us and need more skilled professionals to support successful delivery for our clients. 
 
The Opportunity 
As our next Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering activities on one of our key projects, coordinating the technical design with the onsite installation through to the successful commissioning ensuring that we achieve our project aims and objectives safely, efficiently and to the highest quality. 
 
Some of the Key Tasks 
<ul><li>The Experienced on Site &ndash; Complete electrical design review to identify design gaps and deviations or contradictions in the specifications. Ensure that technical assessments are completed as required and any issues are resolved without delay.</li>
<li>The Go-To &ndash; Attend &amp; record regular supply chain meetings to ensure that progress is monitored &amp; maintained within the overall construction programme.</li>
<li>Meeting the Highest Standards &ndash; Ensuring our sites are compliant to all relevant HSE legislation, and adherent to our HSEQ Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 &amp; 45001).</li>
<li>Team Collaboration &ndash; Proactively work with site management teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery of the project, such as reviewing the electrical installation with the BIM team to ensure the design is constructible with adequate space for installation and maintenance of all equipment and cabling.</li>
</ul>
 
Who We&rsquo;re Looking For 
<ul><li>Relevant third level qualification and certification in Electrical Engineering.</li>
<li>10+ years&rsquo; electrical engineering experience, with both design and project delivery.</li>
<li>MUST HAVE Experience with both LV and MV systems in data centre or pharmaceutical environments.</li>
<li>Highly competent in compiling test packs, FTOP's and O&amp;Ms and presenting for approval.</li>
<li>Excellent IT skills, the ability to learn new systems with ease.</li>
<li>A self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills. High Proficiency in English language (written &amp; spoken).</li>
<li>Candidates must have work authorisation for Abu Dhabi</li>
