Key Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Innovate and enhance inspection methodologies</li><li>Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers</li><li>Conduct on-site verifications based on 5M principles</li><li>Manage testing schedules for time8ly execution</li><li>Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide insights</li><li>Prepare detailed inspection reports</li><li>Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules</li><li>Communicate findings, suggest enhancements, and report to the Project Manager</li></ul> 
Qualifications &amp; Skills: 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma</li><li>Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications &amp; procedures</li><li>Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems</li></ul> 
Additional Requirements:

About the Role

STS Renewable India is looking for a skilled Zoho Application Developer to join our IT &amp; Digitalization team. In this role, you will design, build, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for automating workflows, integrating third-party services, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey by delivering scalable, user-friendly applications that drive business growth. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One suite tools.</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of application development experience, with at least 3+ years on Zoho platforms.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Zoho certifications preferred; Agile/Lean certifications are a plus.</li>
