Looking for a full-time person to join our team and to focus on QuickBooks Accounting including Job Costing, Purchasing and Receiving plus Office Administration including Payroll and Human Resources for a growing Custom Cabinet Manufacturer.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Project Management and CRM Software is a plus. Prior experience with cabinet or construction accounting and administration is a strong plus but not required but QuickBooks experience is required.Stuart Custom Cabinetry LLC is a high-growth small business located in the Deer Valley Area of Phoenix. We are a Luxury Custom Cabinet Manufacturer working with Retail Customers, Custom Home Builders and Interior Decorators to provide them with exceptional cabinets and service. There are outstanding opportunities to advance, learn and grow with us as our company grows.Responsibilities/Requirements<ul><li>Minimum requirement: 2 years&rsquo; QuickBooks experience, 4 years preferred</li><li>Oversee financial operations and general accounting including budget management, monthly financial reporting and year-end taxed and audits using QuickBooks Online</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing plus account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively</li><li>Oversee office operations including supplies, equipment, and maintenance</li><li>Process payroll and onboard new employees</li><li>Manage and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers</li><li>Ensure compliance with all financial and governmental regulations and standards</li><li>Track contracts and complete invoices</li><li>Experience with Inventory Management Accounting a plus</li><li>Manage phones and handle incoming calls and potential clients walking into showroom</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as electronic filing, data entry, and organizing documents</li><li>Opportunity to Assist with Marketing and Lead Development including on internet and social media sites and website</li><li>Learn about Custom Cabinet Manufacturing and the Cabinet and Construction Industries</li><li>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
