Our distinguished clientele includes some of the most iconic horse farms and premier sales companies globally. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, impactful design work that respects the heritage and prestige of this world-class industry.The RoleWe are looking for Full-Time Graphic Designers. This is an in-house position.The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across a variety of media.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, print and digital content.</li><li>Design engaging logos, brochures, catalog covers, social media graphics, web banners, event signage, and other visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.</li><li>Implement photo manipulation, photo editing, and color management to ensure high-quality visuals across all projects.</li><li>Collaborating effectively with the internal team, clients and vendors.</li><li>Maintain consistency in typography, color theory, layout design, and visual style to strengthen brand recognition.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Two (2) or more years of experience in advertising layout and design.</li><li>High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and print production processes.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.</li><li>A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team-player attitude.</li><li>Willingness to receive and integrate constructive feedback into design iterations.</li></ul>Location &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Local Candidates Only: Must currently reside near Lexington, KY or willing to commute. This is a strict requirement.</li></ul>Preferred (But Not Required)<ul><li>Knowledge or previous exposure to the Thoroughbred horse racing, breeding, or sales industry is a significant plus.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li></ul>Other Skills that are a Plus for this Position (But Not Required)<ul><li>Web/app design and CSS/HTML familiarity</li><li>Photography, videography/motion graphics</li><li>Copywriting and Research</li><li>Social media marketing</li><li>A forward-thinking approach to design, with an interest in emerging creative technologies and the ability to leverage A.I.</li></ul>Portfolio Requirement: PLEASE READ CAREFULLYYour portfolio is the most critical part of your application.
