Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications</li><li>Assist in project cost planning, budgeting, and cost control</li><li>Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and assist in negotiations</li><li>Monitor material quantities, variations, and interim valuations</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams</li><li>Assist in billing, certification, and final accounts</li><li>Ensure cost efficiency without compromising design intent and quality</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (architectural or construction projects preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (if any)</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local rates</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
