We aim to transform brands through the power of a good design.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow brand presence and engagement.</li><li>Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with the design and content teams.</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Conduct regular competitive analysis, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry.</li><li>Stay updated on trends, tools, hashtags, platform updates, competitor activity, and best practices.</li><li>Handle community management, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and influencer coordination, to foster and grow an active, engaged online community.</li><li>Use social media analytics tools to track performance and prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.</li><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a social media executive or manager.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and copywriting abilities.</li><li>Experience working with beauty, skincare, or luxury brands will be a significant plus.</li><li>Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Canva and Buffer/Hootsuite and basic knowledge of analytics platforms.</li></ul>Interested candidates shall fill the form below: https://lnkd.in/gQnd3qn3ORSend their resume to hr@studioarunisha.com and use the subject line: Application for Social media managerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This is a full-time &amp; on-site job based in Gurugram Sector-45.
