Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate books, general ledger, and financial data.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) and management reports.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, providing forecasts to management.</li><li>Taxation &amp; Compliance: Handle GST (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS/TCS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing, liaising with Indian authorities.</li><li>Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments, customer invoices, and reconciliations.</li><li>Payroll: Process salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.</li><li>Auditing: Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Indian Company Law.</li><li>Analysis: Perform variance analysis, cost analysis, and support financial decision-making.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements (India Specific)<ul><li>Technical: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle), Advanced Excel, GAAP/IFRS, Indian Tax Laws.</li><li>Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solving, communication (English), organized.</li><li>Experience: Experience with GST, TDS, statutory audits is crucial.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How Many years of experience do you have as an Accountant?</li><li>What is your expected salary per month?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
