Senior Interior Designer &ndash; High-End ResidentialStudio RODA | Miami, FLStudio RODA is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our collaborative and design-driven studio. An opportunity for a passionate designer to lead exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through installation while working with a talented team of designers, architects, artisans, and craftspeople.We create thoughtfully curated, highly customized homes where architecture, interiors, and craftsmanship come together to create timeless spaces. We are looking for a designer who is both creative and technically strong, capable of translating design vision into beautifully executed projects.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects and creating unique, elevated interiors.What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead luxury residential design projects from concept through installation</li><li>Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, and artisans throughout the design process</li><li>Develop design concepts, visual research, and compelling client presentations</li><li>Source and specify furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and custom pieces</li><li>Design custom furniture and millwork details</li><li>Produce complete drawing sets, schedules, and detailed specifications</li><li>Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/IDSK responses, and consultant coordination</li><li>Manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement schedules</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>8&ndash;10+ years of experience in interior design or architecture</li><li>Degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program</li><li>Experience working on high-end residential projects</li><li>Strong understanding of the entire design process: Concept through Installation</li><li>Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail</li><li>Rendering abilities</li><li>High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design integrity</li></ul>Studio CultureStudio RODA is a collaborative and creative environment where design excellence, craftsmanship, and thoughtful details are at the center of everything we do.
