Job description:Senior Architect &ndash; Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead and manage the design and execution of high-profile architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide junior team members and coordinate across disciplines. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of construction processes and building codes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documents using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop and refine project goals, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project standards.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, building codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Review and approve architectural documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.</li><li>Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions, incorporating green building practices and technologies.</li><li>Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.</li><li>Stay informed of current industry trends, materials, and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and documentation standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.</li><li>4+ years of experience in architectural design and project leadership.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.</li><li>Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and managing client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>LEED accreditation or demonstrated experience with sustainable design practices.</li><li>Experience with BIM workflows and parametric design tools (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper).</li><li>Portfolio of completed projects showcasing design excellence and technical depth.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and leadership development.</li><li>Access to health and wellness benefits.</li><li>Collaborative studio environment with a focus on innovation and design excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
