Digital Content &amp; Marketing ManagerStudio Veil - FT or PTWhy this role exists: Studio Veil is a one-stop wedding &amp; event team (photo, video, DJ, photo booths) that makes big days feel easy. We&rsquo;re looking for a self-starter to own our digital presence. Keep our site fresh, publish smart blogs, curate photo/video, and turn attention into inquiries.What you&rsquo;ll ownContent &amp; Social (60%)<ul><li>Curate &amp; create event photo/video; create short-form clips (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with simple edits.</li><li>Build and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest; repurpose across platforms.</li><li>Engage comments/DMs in our brand voice; route leads quickly.</li></ul>Website &amp; SEO (Showit + WordPress) (15%)<ul><li>Update pages, galleries, and copy within Showit and WordPress.</li><li>Plan, write, and publish keyword-savvy blog posts (we provide ongoing training).</li><li>Track rankings and recommend on-site improvements.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Reporting (10%)<ul><li>Research best practices, present options to the CEO, then execute the chosen plan.</li><li>Track and report KPIs: traffic, inquiries, conversion, reach, saves, watch time, CTR, keyword moves, blog cadence.</li></ul>Photo Editing Pipeline (depending on applicant) (15%)<ul><li>Manage our Aftershoot AI editing workflow; do light finishing in Lightroom + Photoshop where needed.</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll thrive here if you&hellip;<ul><li>Are a self-starter who moves work forward without hand-holding.</li><li>Love weddings/events and know what moments make content pop.</li><li>Can switch from creative (a great Reel) to operational (a clean content calendar).</li><li>Communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and keep a tidy workflow.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills<ul><li>Managing brand social accounts (IG/FB/TikTok/Pinterest) with consistent posting.</li><li>Basic photo/video shooting &amp; editing (Reels/TikTok cuts; capcut, etc).</li><li>Clean, friendly writing for captions, emails, and blog posts.</li><li>Comfort working in Showit and WordPress (or fast learner with similar tools).</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Analytics literacy (GA4, Search Console, Meta/TikTok/Pinterest analytics).</li><li>Email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Flodesk) and simple funnels.</li><li>Pinterest SEO and Idea Pins.</li><li>Basic design chops (Canva/Adobe).</li></ul>Tools you may useShowit, WordPress, Aftershoot, Lightroom, Capcut, Photoshop, GA4, Search Console, Meta/TikTok/Pinterest analytics, Buffer/Later/Meta Suite, Canva/Adobe Express, Google Work Space.Logistics<ul><li>Reports to: CEO (regular check-ins&mdash;you bring the plan + data).</li><li>Schedule: Flexible; part-time or full-time based on workload and your preference.</li><li>Location: Mostly in person with some work-from-home.</li><li>Growth: We invest in ongoing online education (SEO, social strategy, blogging).</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Comp: Hourly (PT) or salary (FT), DOE.</li><li>PTO/holidays for FT, plus access to paid courses and resources.</li><li>Gear/software provided as needed.</li></ul>How to applySend your resume and/or portfolio with cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for Studio Veil, links to personal social accounts or accounts you manage (or mock work), and a quick note on a post you&rsquo;re proud of (what worked and why.)No experience?
