 JOB OVERVIEW
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Account Manager (Consultant) will partner with Study Group on a contractual basis to build, manage, and grow relationships with key partner institutions and agents in Pakistan. This role is accountable for driving enrolments, supporting revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality partner service experience across Study Group brands.
 
 
 
 
 
 The consultant will own the delivery, performance, and commercial outcomes of assigned partner accounts, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders while operating independently and outcome focused.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ABOUT THE ROLE
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; execute country sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 The primary point of contact for all program inquiries, provide prompt and clear responses which maximize leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibition and recruitment events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile &ndash; active management of Account Plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Align with the Company mission, vision, values, and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication, and feedback processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency via process, people, or practical measures to raise the bar on business performance delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; execute regional sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 ABOUT YOU
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates with a background in international student recruitment will be preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of international education systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be sales and result oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 A commercially savvy individual with a successful track record in delivering results
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude and highly motivated with a strong drive to excel.
 </li>
