We are seeking a highly driven and strategic female marketing professional to join us as Marketing Head. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in Marketing, 2&ndash;3 years of proven experience, and strong expertise in offline, B2B, digital, and field marketing. This leadership role involves managing a team and delivering results across both traditional and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.</li><li>Strategize and execute impactful offline marketing campaigns (events, branding, activations, field marketing).</li><li>Design and implement effective B2B marketing strategies focused on client acquisition and long-term relationship building.</li><li>Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Oversee social media marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.</li><li>Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance and optimize ROI.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams.</li><li>Manage and track the marketing budget efficiently; report progress to senior leadership.</li><li>Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.</li><li>Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MBA in Marketing or related discipline (mandatory).</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and B2B.</li><li>Proven success in offline, B2B, and field marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent command over digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Canva, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent English communication skills &mdash; both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:&middot; Working knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho), and marketing automation platforms.&middot; Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage company is an advantage.&middot; Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho is required.&middot; Strong storytelling and content development abilities.Note:This position is open only to female candidates, in line with our commitment to promoting diversity and empowering women in leadership roles.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
