 Maintain accurate HR data

 Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

 Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in HR or related role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
