<div>SUMMARY - Provides administrative support in the Human Resources department, (which requires extreme confidentiality), and serves as the back-up to the reception desk. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: 

<ul><li>Maintain electronic records and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Data entry and reporting utilizing the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and ERP (SAP) systems</li>
<li>Process PO requisitions and invoices for HR expenses</li>
<li>Assist with new employee onboarding process, including orientation</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews</li>
<li>Copying/faxing/scanning as needed</li>
<li>Assist employees with HR-related questions and processes</li>
<li>Provide support for the company wellness plan including scheduling of onsite activities</li>
<li>Cover the reception desk for lunch break (daily) and during absences</li>
<li>Other administrative HR duties as assigned</li></ul> 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

<ul><li>2+ years administrative experience in an HR setting preferred</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>HRIS experience preferred</li>
<li>Must have good interpersonal skills, dealing with all levels of employees</li>
<li>Confidentiality and dependability a must</li></ul> 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment in a manufacturing plant. At times, employee may be required to meet with managers or employees on the shop floor.</div>
