<p>An experienced Plant Manager will oversee the establishment and operations of our established manufacturing plant overseeing personnel, functions, day-to-day operations, and infrastructures.</p>

<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p></div></div><br>

<div><ul><li>Provide hands-on leadership in establishing operational standards for safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control, process improvement, and waste reduction.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of clear accountability, high productivity, and teamwork.</li>
<li>Drive and instill a mindset of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring effective communication across departments.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.</li>
<li>Promote a customer-centric approach by anticipating and addressing customer needs.</li>
<li>Build trusting relationships by encouraging open dialogue and transparency.</li>
<li>Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, enhancing organizational resilience and adaptability.</li>
<li>Enforce high-performance standards, ensuring the team&rsquo;s efforts align with the company mission.</li>
<li>Be results- and data-driven, implementing change based on insights from data analysis.</li>
<li>Lead the manufacturing plant, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth setup and operational readiness.</li>
<li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Execute project plan, including equipment installation, staffing, and process implementation.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><br>

<li>Strong knowledge of operational standards, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><br>
