Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture real estate listing photos, interior and exterior property videos, drone footage (if applicable), and community/lifestyle shots.</li><li>Produce Matterport/3D tours and floor plans for new listings.</li><li>Create content for social media and YouTube, including short-form videos, brand shoots, agent spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Plan and execute photo and video shoots at properties, team events, and media days, ensuring professional lighting, composition, and storytelling.</li><li>Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, stabilizers, and audio recording gear to ensure top-tier visuals.</li><li>Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, or similar tools.</li><li>Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software, including color grading, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.</li><li>Manage full post-production workflows from raw footage to final export, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy retrieval and future content use.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to understand marketing goals, creative direction, and branding guidelines.</li><li>Stay current with trends in real estate media, short-form content, and digital marketing to continually elevate the look and feel of our brand.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven professional experience in photography and videography, ideally with real estate or architectural content.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere), Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and similar editing tools.</li><li>Experience producing listing videos, walkthroughs, interviews, promotional content, or storytelling-based shoots.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and what performs well on each.</li><li>Strong understanding of color correction, color theory, lighting techniques, and photo/video manipulation.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple shoots per week while staying organized and detail-focused under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with agents, homeowners, and team members.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.11 per hourWork Location: In person
