Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Oversee plant-level commercial operations including billing, costing, budgeting, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Monitor and control plant expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.</li><li>Support plant management in cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to plant operations.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Coordinate with central procurement for raw materials, consumables, spares, and services.</li><li>Handle vendor negotiations, rate contracts, and ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Verify purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stores Control<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and stores &amp; spares.</li><li>Ensure proper inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and periodic physical verification.</li><li>Implement inventory control measures to avoid excess, shortage, or obsolescence.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance &amp; Taxation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GST, customs (if applicable), excise (if applicable), and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for timely filings and assessments.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.</li></ul>Liaison &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a liaison between plant, HO finance/commercial teams, auditors, banks, and government authorities.</li><li>Coordinate with production, maintenance, logistics, and HR for smooth plant operations.</li><li>Support audits (internal, statutory, and cost audits) and ensure timely closure of observations.</li></ul>Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Ensure proper use of ERP/SAP for commercial transactions and reporting.</li><li>Implement process improvements and internal controls at the plant level.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of plant commercial operations and cost accounting.</li><li>Working knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Experience with ERP/SAP systems.</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com CA or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: 8&ndash;15 years of experience in plant commercial / manufacturing environment.</li><li>Prior experience in building material, FMCG, chemicals, or heavy manufacturing preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
