We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning &amp; analysis (FP&amp;A), operational reporting, and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Overview</h2>
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.
This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&amp;A) processes</li><li>
Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysis</li><li>
Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year)</li><li>
Support month-end close in partnership with Accounting</li><li>
Prepare executive-level reporting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow</li><li>
Analyze margins, inventory valuation (moving average costing), and operational KPIs</li><li>
Improve financial reporting systems, dashboards, and ERP processes</li><li>
Support internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting</li><li>
Identify process improvements and implement scalable reporting solutions</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting</li><li>
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, or corporate finance</li><li>
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations</li><li>
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Epicor (Prophet 21/Eagle), BI tools, or similar</li><li>
GAAP knowledge</li><li>
Experience supporting operations and inventory analysis</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

We are seeking a Manufacturing Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations, cost accounting, and manufacturing performance analysis.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Summary</h2>
The Manufacturing Senior Financial Analyst partners with Plant Managers and Operations leadership to drive cost control, standard costing, inventory accuracy, capital analysis, and operational forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on plant finance or cost accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Analyze manufacturing variances (PPV, labor efficiency, material usage, overhead absorption)</li><li>
Support standard cost development, cost rolls, and inventory valuation</li><li>
Perform inventory analysis (turns, slow-moving/obsolete inventory, reserves)</li><li>
Lead plant-level budgeting, forecasting, and FP&amp;A activities</li><li>
Support monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis</li><li>
Develop manufacturing KPI dashboards (scrap %, cost per unit, labor efficiency, capacity utilization)</li><li>
Conduct capital investment analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback)</li><li>
Improve ERP reporting and financial modeling processes</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally to drive productivity and margin improvement</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting</li><li>
5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, or cost accounting</li><li>
Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
ERP experience (IFS, Epicor, or similar manufacturing systems)</li><li>
GAAP knowledge</li><li>
Experience supporting capital projects and productivity initiatives</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
