 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Retail Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized design solutions. The Retail Sales Specialist will assist clients with product selection, showcasing items such as furniture, lighting, and home accessories. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining showroom displays, handling sales transactions, and building relationships with new and existing clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of interior design, furniture, and home accessories is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
 </li>
