The ideal candidate is hands-on with socialmedia, highly creative, organized, and willing to attend events, create engaging content, anddrive community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Management:&#9679;&#9679;Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content (reels, static posts, stories) forInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.Maintain a consistent and compelling visual feed aligned with brand identity.Campaigns &amp; Community Engagement:&#9679;Help plan and execute social campaigns around new launches, events, pop-ups, and&#9679;collaborations.Engage thoughtfully with followers&mdash;respond to messages/comments and nurturecommunity growth.Events &amp; Outreach Support:&#9679;&#9679;Attend events, activations, and shoots, capturing content and representing the brand.Coordinate logistics during events and create engaging social outputs.Trendspotting &amp; Collaboration:&#9679;&#9679;Stay updated on fashion, jewellery, and content trends to introduce fresh ideas.Collaborate with influencers and creators as identified by the brand.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, lifestyle related</li></ul>industries<ul><li>Strong knowledge of IG, FB, YT, and other emerging platforms</li></ul>&#9679;Excellent content creation, copywriting and visual story telling<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in analytics and social media tools</li><li>Flexible to work weekends (with compensation) and open to travel/events</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
