Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and motivated Designer with a minimum of 3 years&rsquo;experience in fashion design. This role involves developing and executing designs that alignwith our Private Label brand&rsquo;s aesthetic while delivering a fresh, commercial perspective. TheAssociate Designer will collaborate closely with the Senior Head Designer and ProductDevelopment team to bring new collections to life in a fast-paced, deadline-orientedenvironment.Qualifications:&#61623; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment &amp;amp; prioritize multiple projects&#61623; Knowledge of Cut &amp;amp; Sew Knits, Sweaters, and Woven fabrication&#61623; 3+ years of experience required&#61623; Computer proficiency &ndash; Microsoft Office (Works, Excel, PowerPoint), illustrator,photoshop, and Outlook&#61623; Experience with mass market or Private Label is a plusResponsibilities:&#61623; Work on design WIP requests and follow Product Development notes closely,communicating any questions or challenges to help keep the process on track.&#61623; Develop and execute design concepts for Private Label under direction of Senior HeadDesigner&#61623; Prepare and submit detailed tech packs, including proto specifications, colorways,materials, and trim details&#61623; Manage and track proto samples, ensuring all samples are accurate and delivered on timefor reviews and meetings&#61623; Provide clear comments and revision notes to factories following proto reviews and labdips&#61623; Support costing process by organizing and preparing recap charts alongside ProductDevelopment team&#61623; Create and update CAD sketches to aid in internal reviews and buyer presentations&#61623; Participate in fittings to assess and approve garment fit and make technical adjustmentsas needed&#61623; Maintain up-to-date records of all samples, technical details, and related correspondence&#61623; Research and identify new print, color, silhouette, and fabrication trends for futurecollectionsSkills Required:&#61623; Keen eye for color, silhouette, print, and fabrication with a forward-thinking approach&#61623; Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (writtenand verbal)&#61623; Ability to track and follow up on samples, lab dips, and related components in asystematic way&#61623; Ability to solve problems under pressure while honoring delivery timelines&#61623; Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on all phases of the designprocess&#61623; Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities and business needsJob Type: Full-timePay: $43,865.99 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
