Our services span product design and development, compliance, raw material and factory sourcing, manufacturing control, logistics, and more &mdash; offering end-to-end solutions for all stakeholders in the fashion and allied goods industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and test garment patterns to ensure quality and production feasibility.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings for manufacturing.</li><li>Develop standardized procedures for efficient production.</li><li>Generate precise patterns based on company and project-specific requirements.</li><li>Modify and optimize pattern designs using CAD tools.</li><li>Recommend improvements in materials and design based on fit and functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with production and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Maintain clear and updated design records and documentation.</li><li>Apply expert knowledge in pattern making for women&rsquo;s fashion and export-quality garments.</li></ul>Key Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women&rsquo;s fashion.</li><li>Prior experience working with Women&rsquo;s Fashion companies and Export houses is mandatory. We enable brands to scale with agility, flexibility, and control.Role overview: We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design aesthetics suited to the US apparel market. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of art composition, colour theory, typography (font pairing based on design) and understanding usage of brand assets using guidelines.
