The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support for Suba Solutions' machinery at customer locations in and around Coimbatore. The role requires strong technical skills, customer handling ability, and willingness to travel.Key Responsibilities1. Machine Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Install, test, and commission corrugation, die-cutting, folder gluer, or other packaging machinery at customer sites.</li><li>Ensure proper calibration and alignment of machines.</li><li>Conduct trials and hand over machines to customers.</li></ul>2. Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.</li><li>Provide timely service support to minimize machine downtime.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.</li></ul>3. Customer Support<ul><li>Train machine operators and supervisors on operation and safety.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with customers for service updates.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and provide resolutions.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain service reports, installation checklists, and feedback forms.</li><li>Update service calls in the CRM/system.</li><li>Coordinate with the Service Manager for parts requirement and follow-ups.</li></ul>5.
