About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).</li><li>Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.</li><li>Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates&rsquo; technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate information.</li><li>Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technical skill demands.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in technical recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (internship experience acceptable).</li><li>Strong understanding of IT/technical skills, software development, and engineering roles (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools is a plus.</li><li>Passion for recruitment and eagerness to grow in technical hiring.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the HR &amp; Recruitment function.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
