The role involves monitoring stock levels, ensuring accuracy in records, coordinating with procurement, sales, and operations teams, and implementing best practices for efficient inventory management.Key Responsibilities* Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel systems and ensure timely updates.* Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.* Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.* Manage inter-branch transfers and track goods movement between locations.* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.* Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.* Coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment based on demand forecasts.* Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and recommend corrective actions.* Support internal and external audit processes with accurate data and reports.* Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to improve stock efficiency.Key Skills &amp; Competencies* Strong analytical and numerical skills.* Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Tally/Zoho, etc.).* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Knowledge of supply chain, stock management, and warehousing practices.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Position: Company SecretaryExperience: 4+ years (preference to candidate having experience with a listed company)Location: Kandivali WestReports To: Board of Directors / CFO / Managing DirectorRole Overview:The Company Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company&rsquo;s compliancewith statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the Board of Directors ineffective governance practices. The role involves managing secretarial, legal, andcompliance functions, particularly those applicable to listed entities, while also providingstrategic advice on corporate governance, restructuring, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA,and other applicable laws.&#61623; Organize, convene, and record minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings,and General Meetings.&#61623; Draft agenda, notices, resolutions, and minutes in compliance with statutoryrequirements.&#61623; Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with MCA, ROC, SEBI, StockExchanges, and other authorities.&#61623; Handle quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliances applicable to listed companies(including corporate governance reporting, shareholding patterns, voting results,etc.).&#61623; Coordinate with stock exchanges for filings, disclosures, and investor-relatedcompliance.&#61623; Assist in drafting Annual Reports, Corporate Governance Reports, Directors&rsquo; Reports,and other statutory disclosures.&#61623; Liaise with external regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.&#61623; Support in corporate restructuring, secretarial due diligence, and policy drafting(Insider Trading Policy, Code of Conduct, etc.).&#61623; Ensure timely compliance with RBI/FEMA-related filings (if applicable).Desired Candidate Profile:&#61623; Qualified Company Secretary (ACS / FCS).&#61623; 4+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to listed companycompliances.&#61623; Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Insider Trading Regulations, andCorporate Governance framework.&#61623; Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.&#61623; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and workindependently.&#61623; Proficiency in MS Office tools, MCA portal, NSE/BSE listing portals, and other e-filingplatformsCareer Growth &amp; Opportunities:The role provides exposure to end-to-end secretarial and compliance functions of alisted company.
