What impact you will have
You will play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor for facility and infrastructure design, ensuring Submer&rsquo;s solutions integrate seamlessly with MEP systems and next-generation data centers. By driving consulting, design, and training engagements, you will influence strategic and transformational AI data center projects in Saudi Arabia and across MEA, collaborating with global Submer teams and partners to deliver sustainable infrastructure in line with Vision 2030. 
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul>
<li>
Lead the MEP design and integration of immersion cooling and DC infrastructure.</li>
<li>Act as a thought leader and advisor in sustainable data center design, working with EPCs, subcontractors, and partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT/DC architects to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.</li>
<li>Develop technical drawings, feasibility studies, BoQs, and proposals for design &amp; build projects.</li>
<li>Deliver training, mentoring, and workshops for customers, resellers, and ecosystem alliances.</li>
<li>Support and influence strategic and transformational AI/HPC data center projects in Saudi Arabia and across MEA.</li>
<li>Partner with Submer Design &amp; Build and global product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into Submer&rsquo;s product and service roadmap.</li>
<li>Work with ecosystem alliances, including NVIDIA, Intel, Dell, HP, Supermicro, AMD, and local integrators, to drive integrated, sustainable facility solutions.</li>
<li>Be willing to travel extensively across MEA and work flexibly in hybrid/remote environments.</li></ul> 
What you&rsquo;ll need<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.</li>
<li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in MEP design &amp; presales for data centers or critical facilities.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in HVAC, cooling, electrical distribution, and power systems for MW-scale data centers.</li>
<li>Experience with chillers, pumps, UPS, PDUs, and BMS/DCIM integration.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience developing customer-facing proposals and consulting deliverables.</li>
<li>Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or equivalent) preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with IT/DC concepts to effectively collaborate with IT-focused architects.</li></ul>

What impact you will have
As a trusted advisor, you will help shape the AI data centers of the future in Saudi Arabia and across MEA. You will design and present advanced IT/DC solutions, support highly strategic and transformational projects, and provide thought leadership, training, and consulting. Working closely with Submer&rsquo;s Design &amp; Build team, internal business units, and ecosystem partners, you will ensure Submer remains at the forefront of sustainable, next-generation data centers. 
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and resellers across MEA.</li>
<li>Design end-to-end data center architectures (compute, storage, networking) integrated with immersion cooling.</li>
<li>Drive technical proposals, BoQs, consulting documents, and RFP responses.</li>
<li>Deliver presentations, workshops, and training for customers and partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Submer Design &amp; Build, sales, and product teams to ensure solution quality and innovation.</li>
<li>Support and influence strategic and transformational AI/HPC data centers in Saudi Arabia and across MEA, aligned with Vision 2030.</li>

What you&rsquo;ll need<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>8+ years&rsquo; experience in presales / solutions architecture for IT or data center projects.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of data center design standards (TIA-942, Uptime, etc.), virtualization, cloud, and HPC.</li>
<li>Proven experience with AI/HPC workloads, GPUs, and high-density computing environments.</li>
<li>Expertise in producing customer-facing proposals, solution designs, and consulting reports.</li>
<li>Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or equivalent) preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
</ul>

What impact you will have
This is not just a project management role, it is about building the foundation of Submer&rsquo;s Design &amp; Build operations in Saudi Arabia and MEA. You will lead transformational AI data center projects, working alongside Submer&rsquo;s global Design &amp; Build hub and directly shaping the delivery capability in the region. From negotiating with contractors and partners to building and mentoring a local project team, your leadership will define how Submer executes Vision 2030-aligned mega projects and high-tech, sustainable data centers of the future. 
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul>
<li>Lead strategic, large-scale AI &amp; HPC data center projects, from concept to commissioning.</li>
<li>Own negotiations, contracts, and stakeholder alignment with EPCs, global OEMs, subcontractors, and customers.</li>
<li>Build and manage the regional Design &amp; Build team, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term capability in Saudi.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to government, enterprise, and strategic partners in the ecosystem.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Submer&rsquo;s global Design &amp; Build hub to align execution standards and methodologies.</li>
<li>Drive budget planning, risk management, claims, and commercial governance.</li>
<li>Contribute to Submer&rsquo;s thought leadership in sustainable and next-generation data centers, representing the company at key forums.</li>
<li>Provide field feedback to improve Submer&rsquo;s products, services, and delivery processes.</li>
<li>Be prepared for extensive travel across MEA and hybrid work flexibility.</li></ul> 
What you&rsquo;ll need<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).</li>
<li>15+ years&rsquo; EPC / mega project management experience, preferably in mission-critical facilities (data centers, oil &amp; gas, utilities, infrastructure).</li>
<li>Proven success leading multidisciplinary, multi-billion-dollar projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, and cross-discipline interface management.</li>
<li>Experience in team-building, mentoring, and establishing new delivery organizations.</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and English; Japanese or additional languages a plus.</li>
<li>PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.</li></ul>
