This opportunity has been created through the natural evolution of our team, as an internal move creates space for a new <b>Recruiter </b>to join Subsea7 within our <b>Global Project Centre East (GPC East)</b>. Spanning a diverse region from Portugal to Australia and supporting stakeholders across four continents, the role sits at the heart of complex, high‑impact projects. You will manage a broad recruitment portfolio, from graduate and early‑career intake through to senior management roles, offering exposure to hiring at every level of the organisation.

This position offers true ownership of the recruitment life cycle - partnering closely with business leaders to define critical hiring needs, proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct engagement, guiding candidates and stakeholders through selection, and ultimately bringing exceptional people into the business. Acting as a trusted adviser and ambassador for Subsea7, the Recruiter shapes hiring outcomes, builds resilient talent pipelines, and helps position Subsea7 as one of the most respected places to build a global career.

We are open to locating this role in more than one Subsea7 office, including <b>Lisbon</b>, <b>Cairo</b>, or <b>Paris</b>. Contractual arrangements will depend on the chosen location and will be discussed later in the recruitment process.</p><br>

</p><ul><li><div>Own the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle across a diverse portfolio of roles, from initial role briefing and strategy alignment, through to offer management and on boarding handover.</div>
</li><li><div>Deliver high‑quality shortlists by applying effective sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, and assessment techniques aligned to business and project needs.</div>
</li><li><div>Manage recruitment processes with pace and accuracy, ensuring a positive, professional, and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout.</div><br>

</li><li><div>Apply market insight to support informed hiring decisions across the business.</div>

</p><ul><li>Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across Subsea7 projects and functions, providing informed insight on global talent markets, candidate availability, and attraction strategies to support timely and effective hiring decisions.</li>
<li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with global HR teams to ensure recruitment activity aligns with project delivery requirements, onboarding needs, and longer‑term workforce plans.</li>
<li>Manage stakeholder expectations through clear hiring plans, transparent communication, and a well‑coordinated end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple locations and time zones.</li>
Support interview processes alongside hiring managers, applying structured assessment methods, objective feedback, and data‑led recommendations to enable consistent and confident selection decisions.<br>

</p><ul><li>Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with Subsea7 policies, local regulations, and best practice standards, and that recruitment activity supports Subsea7&rsquo;s diversity and inclusion objectives by applying fair, objective, and bias‑free selection practices.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data within SuccessFactors.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute recruitment insight into broader people strategies.</li><br>
</ul></div><p></p><p><b>What experience would we like you to have?</b><b><br>
</b><br>

</p><ul><li><div>Minimum of five years&rsquo; experience in a recruitment role, gained in either an in‑house or agency environment.</div>
</li><li><div>Proven experience managing high‑volume recruitment within fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.</div>
</li><li><div>Demonstrated capability in sourcing and engaging candidates across international markets.</div>
</li><li><div>Skilled communicator, comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and candidates across different levels, disciplines, and nationalities.</div>
</li><li><div>Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and handle shifting and competing demands during periods of high activity.</div>
</li><li><div>Candidates must be fluent in English, with professional proficiency in either French, Arabic or Portuguese. Multilingual capability across three or more will be regarded as a significant asset.</div>
</li><li><div>Exposure to project‑based, engineering, energy, or technical recruitment environments.</div><br>
