What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Work alongside experienced Retrofit Technician Team Leads to learn and perform basic automotive repairs.</li>
<li>Assist with part removals, installations, and vehicle modifications.</li>
<li>Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced tools.</li>
<li>Support programming and module reconfiguration processes.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in team safety meetings and technical training sessions.</li>
<li>Demonstrate Suburban Automotive Services’ DRIVEN values and contribute to our mission of excellence.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>A strong passion for cars and hands-on mechanical work.</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of seasoned technicians.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (preferred but not required).</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record.</li>
<li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work hard.</li>
<li>Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements</li>
