In addition to the role of a Shift Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:</div><div><ul><li>
Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work</li><li>
Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful</li><li>
Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>

PREREQUISITES</b></div><div><b>
Education</b>: High school diploma or equivalent</div><div><b>
Experience</b>: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div><div>
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Physical</b>: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
