We need a BCBA for our Plano, TX location starting in November. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.</li><li>All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.</li><li>To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months&mdash;providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.</li></ul>Ethically Aligned<ul><li>SOS was founded by an autism parent.</li><li>25% of SOS owners are autism parents who prioritize care over profit.</li><li>SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements.</li><li>SOS does not require training payback agreements.</li><li>SOS is proud to have full billing transparency.
