We are looking for a young, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and practical experience working with modern accounting tools, ERPs, or CRMs &mdash; not limited to basic Tally entries.You will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to a digital, system-based accounting environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and financial records.</li><li>Process purchase and sales invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.</li><li>Manage TDS, GST, and statutory compliance activities.</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in audit-related documentation.</li><li>Work on accounting/ERP/CRM systems (such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Support implementation and improvement of digital accounting processes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualification: BAF or B.Com graduate in Accounting/Finance.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in SME or corporate setup).</li><li>Software Knowledge: Tally Prime is mandatory, along with experience using at least one other software/ERP/CRM tool.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency and comfort with tech-based operations.</li><li>Location: Must reside near Chembur / Govandi.
