The Civil Site supervisor shall perform following duties<ul><li>Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.</li><li>Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide construction workers and subcontractors; handle scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect work quality, verify adherence to standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, conduct hazard inspections, ensure PPE use, and manage accident procedures.</li><li>Resource Management: Oversee allocation of labor, materials, and equipment, and manage material orders and deliveries.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, attendance records, and cost control documentation.</li><li>Communication: Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and clients to update on progress and resolve issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
