We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to deliver top-tier customer service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, maintaining high quality standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.</li><li>Manage Toast POS system to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and sanitation standards at all times.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations while promoting responsible drinking.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.</li><li>Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
