Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.</li><li>Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.</li><li>Assist in training new staff members</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
