 Role Description:
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive and exceptionally organized Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving engagement and education through content creators.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work on driving the influencer content engine, managing timelines, and projects between teams and creators. This role will help combine operational excellence with creative execution by helping shape and repurpose content so it has maximum impact.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a database of content creators across all regions. Assist in vetting opportunities, managing outreach, contracts, and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft clear creator briefs and collaborate on branded content that drives visibility, engagement, and education around Sui.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to repurpose influencer content into scalable formats (short clips, graphics, threads) and build a library of reusable assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage communications with our creators on Telegram and all internal/external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on track.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support creator marketing campaigns, help plan and execute creator-led initiatives that align with marketing goals and product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and messaging stays consistent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor campaign results and partner with analytics teams to evaluate impact. Work across the team and analytics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and evaluate influencer trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate and present reports on campaign performance.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What you'll bring:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 3-4 years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role or at an agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented. Thrive in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re comfortable working across time zones and love Telegram, Twitter, and Slack.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience marketing crypto or fintech.
